Bindaree Gold is our premium grass fed beef, aged 30-42 months to demonstrate a full beef flavour. The cattle are typically sourced from our local region and are raised and fattened on grass pastures. We source predominantly British breeds from our cattle producers who use the best genetics in cattle breeding.
