New England Country Beef (MSA)

Meat Standards Australia (MSA) beef is a consumer-based grading system guaranteeing tenderness by setting standards for, and monitoring the nutrition and handling of cattle from the paddock to the plate. MSA specifications are set from years of industry development and science to provide customers with beef that is tender, juicy and flavourful.

New England Country Beef is sourced from our regional farms that are accredited with MSA and are predominantly British or European breeds and their crosses. The cattle are handled and mustered q uietly to reduce stress levels and have free access to feed and water until despatched to the processing plant. The young premium beef are 30 months or younger and are chiller assessed by: meat colour, fat colour, marble score, pH levels and ossification.

  • Porterhouse (Striploin)
