Sapphire City Grain Fed Beef

Our Sapphire City cattle are hand-sourced by Bindaree Beef's livestock team and given a nutritionally balanced, high-energy feed in Ausmeat accredited feedlots.

Our grain fed beef allows us to supply customers with consistent premium beef year-round. We classify these cattle into two types:
Sapphire City Maroon: cattle 30 months and younger Sapphire City Blue: cattle 30-36 months
This brand was established in 1996 and is well known in the industry for it's consistent, premium quality. The brand is named after Inverell - The Sapphire City, where Bindaree Beef's processing plant is located.

Sapphire City Grain Fed beef is available to the public by the carton or per piece:

• Rump
• Scotch Fillet (Cube Roll)
• Eye Fillet (Tenderloin)
• Porterhouse (Striploin)
